Triathamom is DONE now What?



You completed or maybe didn't complete triathamom, and you don't know what to do next?


We all know that staying active is one of the best things you can do for your overall health. With so many life stressors and COVID19, the best thing we could do for ourselves and the ones around us is to stay motivated to stay healthy and active. A study was done by the American Osteopathic Association on how Group exercise improves quality of life, reduces stress far more than individual workouts. We also know that staying motivated to work out each day is difficult without motivation. The staff at USTriSports and most athletes, in general, can keep that motivation better if you sign up for another event and work out with friends or family. Having another event at the top of your mind might just push you to make sure you get that workout in that day you might be struggling, and having someone or a group will keep you on pace and keep you motivated not to miss your next workout. USTriSports has teamed up with the local Triathlon community to help you to your next successful finish and your Health!

First, join a local group, Triathamom, would not have been possible without the help of the Salt Lake Triathlon Club and volunteers from the SLTC. The Salt Lake Triathlon Club promotes triathlon in the Salt Lake community–while fostering a sense of unity, fun, and a healthy lifestyle. They are a team, but more importantly, they are family.
