2022 Course Maps
Here are the swim bike and run courses for the 2022 Triathamom. The bike course has changed back to it's previous course now that construction is complete. First of all, we work really hard to mark this course as well as humanly possible. With that said, it is your responsibility to know your course! We highly recommend you get familiar with it. 2021 Bike Course - Revised
The 2021bike course is going to be modified to a two loop course totaling 10 miles. We switched things up a little this year due to construction and how busy the lower part of the course has become. Safety is our number one concern for all our athletes, we love you guys and want you to be as safe as possible. YAY! This course is easier to follow and traffic is light. BIKE COURSE... What about the Swim?
It's only natural to be a little nervous about the swim. Most people are. But try to relax; Triathamom is supposed to be fun! Here's how it's going to go down... When you check in at packet pickup you will choose a wrist band color, which will indicate your swim group. Here is a chart to help you figure that part out. Time yourself at the pool so you have some sort of an idea of how quickly you think you will swim the 300 meters. Keep in mind that most people swim it faster o
